| 2 1/4 | c | Cheese; cheddar, shredded |
| 2 1/2 | c | Milk |
| 1/2 | c | Bisquick baking mix |
| 1/4 | ts | Sauce; red pepper |
| 1 | c | Macaroni; uncooked |
| 4 | | Eggs |
| 1/4 | ts | -Salt |
| 1/4 | c | Cheese; cheddar, shredded |

Preheat oven to 400F. Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2". Mix two cups cheddar
cheese and macaroni, sprinkle in plate. Beat remaining ingredients except
for 1/4 cup cheese till smooth 15 seconds in blender. Pour into plate. Bake
till knife inserted in centre comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Sprinkle
with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake till cheese melts, 1-2 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
